Most of us will look up to someone great or someone who has made great achievements. As we term it we idolize them. We follow them. And at times we even copy them.

But I think that such is not the right way to be like them. Great people are great because they did something. They made decisions that led to where they are now. So how can you and me, the not so great yet guys and gals, be one day or next week be like them?
Yes the best way to achieve such feat is to learn from them. We don’t just be their fan or their follower, we must learn from them.
Maybe the great person you want to emulate is Bill Gates or Warren Buffet, or any famous business person or celebrity which means learning from them might be an impossible dream. The next best action you can do is to learn from their life. Such life stories of the great persons you want to be are written and it only needs dedicated reading and understanding of how they did it will lead you to your success.
But it doesn’t end there.
Great people are not only those that are famous everywhere. Great people include people even near you. And that’s even better because you can easily pick their mind by having a chat with these great person over coffee or even a stroll in your neighborhood. And since you are at it already why not organize a mindmaster.
Yes why not gather like and great minded people near you once in a while and share your ideas. Remember if two heads are better than one therefore more should be best. To tell you the truth I have not yet joined a group or mindmaster that focus on stocks or personal finance or even photography or even writing. Most of the mindmaster group I could consider is through FB group like those you might also be a member in the case of stock investment groups in FB.
Mindmaster is like more of a group made of 5-10 people who share matters that all are interested in. There are lots of people who do this because it does have a good result. You might have heard of Bo Sanchez’s mindmaster group and other groups out there.
Since I am now back here in the Philippines and luckily now working in Makati I thought I might want to join one for a better and a wider horizon for me. I hope to find a good one soon. Share your thoughts on this. I want to find a mindmaster group that focuses on e-book writing, photography as a source of income online, stock investing, and practice of profession as a CPA(yup I really wanted to start my own accounting firm).
