This is entirely new to me.
I was just tinkering around my FirstMetroSec Online Brokerage account when I accidentally mouse over Tools in the Homepage and a new window pop out. It’s a feature that definitely I would like to explore.
A lot of us specially the newbies have been asking what is the EP(Entry Price)/, BBP(Buy Below Price), and TP(Target Price). Well Such is actually not dictated by someone else but should be setup by you. Those prices are guides for you in your day-to-day or your once in a blue moon stock buy/sell activity.
And the matter is there is no exact peso value one guru or well-known trader can peg to a certain stock, again it all depends to you. One reason is that those gurus or well-known trader is trading millions of pesos as compared against you who might have just started and just trading thousand of pesos or maybe you are following the 8k per transaction rule(it’s a way to breakeven with all the associated cost when buying or selling stock).
With a Price Alert function I guess you will be able to focus more on the important things in life like you dating your wife on a Friday or you finishing up your latest house project rather than you stuck in your desk watching when will the price you desired hit.
Again this is new to me so I will be testing this and share you my experience. For those who are currently exploiting this feature we highly appreciate you sharing how it help(or not) you in your day-to-day trading.
Till then my financial freedom seeker friends!
