Back then I don’t have any idea about stock charts. There were no readily available stock chart of any PSE listed stock even in Bloomberg and Reuters. The PSE website has this small stock chart and often times the time period is limited to 5 years. So I searched and I landed on PSEGET.
PSEGET is a tool that downloads the stock data you need to create stock charts. The software is free from our good guys at Absolute Traders(check it out at http://www.absolutetraders.com/yeahbah/downloads.php).
It has gone to several updates already with the changes in the PSE website as well. Also the software is just a tool to download the data for your charting software(usually Amibroker or Metastock). Before there was a free Amibroker but it was not actually free only a version with a leak code in order foe other to use. Just a friendly reminder to better use the license version and contribute to the betterment of such software.
For now the best feature of PSEGET is the heat map which shows which stock is heavily traded.

It has been awhile since I checked PSEGET. I think that is still the site to download it. PSEGET is created by one of the people behind Absoulte Traders.
