National Bookstore backdoor listing through Vulcan

I did hear that something is cooking with Vulcan a few days back and I guess this is that “thing” they are talking about.

National Bookstore to be listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange

An article about the Ramos Group through National Bookstore Inc.  will hike their shareholdings in Vulcan Industrial and Mining Corp.( listed as VUL in the Philippine Stock Exchange) as per a disclosure made today(click here to read the disclosure) in inquirer.net states that by increasing VUL’s capital and allowing National Bookstore’s holdings in the company thereby indirect listing National Bookstore to the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Such framework is going to be discussed the stakeholders of Vulcan Industrial and Mining Corp. in their upcoming stockholders’ meeting on May 29.
